  16. Yes.  You need to make sure you have the doubleNSTC or doublePAL monitor
  17. type in your devs:monitors drawer when you startup and then select the
  18. non-flicker display mode from the doubleNSTC/PAL modes.  When you make
  19. the selection, you are informed what frequencies are needed for these modes.
  20. You need to make sure your monitor is capable of these frequencies before
  21. saving this selection.
